Well, it’s basically the one year anniversary of this website, and I’m off to do what started the whole thing.  Hopefully I can defend my title and make them change the name of the tournament from The ‘A’ Game to the ‘J’ Game!  Wouldn’t THAT be nice!

 

It’s not hard to say goodbye, even if it’s just for a week, to the weather shown above.  By now everyone knows that we basically had blizzard conditions here on Tuesday night into Wednesday night.  Sustained 60 mph winds for a period of OVER 6 hours.  It wasn’t pretty or fun, and as I sit here typing this, there are still thousands of customers without power.  Fortunately, I never lost power.  Internet and cable was another story though.  All is back and well now, so it’s all good.

 

I have to cut it short and say goodbye for now.  Keeping true to my norm, I’m not packed yet and it’s 2am.  I leave in 8 hours and laundry is in the washer now.  I’ll be getting to bed in a bit as soon as I throw it in the dryer :)  Oh well, some things really never change!  I’ll TRY to keep you all posted day by day, but understand that internet is expensive and sometimes hard to connect to in Vegas.
